The Singing Playwrights...
- The musical show, created and polished by Willy and Tim Firth, moves on to Edinburgh for a twelve date season as part of the internationally famous Edinburgh Fringe Festival - the world’s largest arts festival.
-
"These singing playwrights are indecently talented..."

The band for the THE SINGING PLAYWRIGHTS consisted of Willy (lead vocals & guitar), Tim (lead vocals & keyboards) and Andy Roberts (vocals & guitars) plus Loreto Murray (vocals & accordian), Emily Jackson, (vocals, bass, & keyboard), Gavin Kaufman (vocals, bass & keyboard) and Vidar Norheim (vocals, drums, percussion & vibraphone).
Emily, Gavin and Vidar were (in 2004) students at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts LIPA.
Andy Roberts wearing his 'much mocked' headgear. Some great playing from Musical Director Andy and
the band. |
Emily Jackson's singing of 'Easy Terms' holds the band spell bound - not just the audience.
